Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
∎ Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
∎ Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
∎ Support the implementation of performance review systems.
∎ Assisted in identifying employee training and development needs.
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and activities.
∎ Collaborate with the legal team to maintain workplace standards.
∎ Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
∎ Organize and manage employee engagement activities.
