Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Coordinate job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding of new employees
Assist in monthly payroll preparation
Ensure accuracy of attendance, overtime, and deductions data
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing
Maintain employee attendance records
Monitor leave balances and approvals
Ensure compliance with attendance and leave policies
Conduct exit interviews for resigning employees
Document feedback and analyze trends
Support smooth clearance and final settlement process
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated
Support implementation of new HR processes
Monitor compliance of company policies among employees
