Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day HR Communication with cross functional teams in regarding all required HR support.
∎ Formulating detailed job descriptions, Job Specifications and job posting and coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
∎ Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.
∎ Employee personal file management and managing HRIS.
∎ Processing Employee Transfer, Handover Take over, Coordinate in Auditing & database update.
∎ Coordination in Payroll processing, Incentive calculation, Disbursement and other benefits management of employees.
∎ Employee performance monitoring, evaluation and initiating performance improvement plan.
∎ Assist HR Manager in Processing employee Job Confirmation, Performance Appraisal process.
∎ Conducting periodic benefit survey and comparison with competitors, suggesting competitive pay plan to attract talents.
∎ Ensuring all the employee benefits are disbursed on time as per company policy maintaining compliance.
∎ Handling employee Grievance & Exit Management (Resign, Counseling) & Final Settlement processing.
∎ Review and update/renewal of documents, polices and employee files.
∎ Preparing analytical reports on required HR metrics as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidate must be available to join in short notice (7-15 days)
∎ Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
∎ Excellent record-keeping skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point and related HR software.
∎ Attention to detail.
