Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining personnel files of employees; collecting, analyzing and updating employee record.
∎ Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.
∎ Training all employees and maintain a register.
∎ Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation.
∎ Work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Attending/arranging/assisting in different types of meetings.
∎ Need to handle any grievance from worker end.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management/Senior official.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command to communicate in English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point).
∎ Strong ability to work under pressure.
