∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Masters in Computer Application (MCA)
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, ERP Implementation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Systems, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines.
∎ Customizing and configuring workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications.
∎ Provide support to end users, investigate data discrepancies, application errors, propose modification and enhancement of existing application to improve their functionality.
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.
∎ Monitor data entry from each department.
∎ Trouble shoot any ERP data entry or report generation problem.
∎ Provide ERP support to all office staff.
∎ Check data validation.
∎ Understand different levels of MIS reporting and its impact on business process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work across multiple business units and assist with management decisions and problem solving activities.
∎ Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, positive attitude.
