∎ Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA with specialization in HR or Organization Behavior from Reputed Institutes.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Policy, HRBP, Human Resources & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in onboarding & Induction like joining formalities, appointment letters process & Induction Program;
∎ To review performance management including creating of KRA/ KPIs;
∎ Consultant brief, shortlisting resumes, first level interviews, decisions on subsequent interviewers;
∎ To play active role in employee engagement activities like employee Relations, Get-Togethers & Employee Welfare;
∎ To head learning and development activities like coordination, facilitation and record keeping;
∎ To handle statutory & IR related matters like disciplinary procedures, separation process and grievance handling.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge and appreciation of Business.
∎ Domain knowledge in Developmental HR.
∎ Relationship Building - peers, team, associates.
∎ Global outlook, sensitivity to local culture.
∎ High Execution / Project Management skills.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on prevailing labour law.
