Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain schedule of compliance team after communication with team leader.
∎ Communicate with merchandising team and Factory management.
∎ Prepare schedule for internal audit as per request of Merchandising team and Factory.
∎ Time to time update communication list.
∎ Communication with each team members to update their schedule.
∎ Keep records of all documents obtained during the internal audits.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Provide assistance for Coordination with compliance and sourcing team in different hub office globally.
∎ Responsible for communication with different brands, suppliers, factories, 3rd party audit firms.
∎ Provide assistance for updating approved factory list, SAP, audit list etc.
∎ Responsible for preparing and maintaining various reports including (but not limited to) factory forecasting, factory scorecard, factory category and audit grading with reports.
∎ Keep ready the factory for all types of audit based on an effective legal compliance program.
∎ Responsible for preparing different monthly reports using power-point and MS Excel
∎ Establish achievable remediation deadlines for each non-compliance with the factory. Monitor their progress including reestablishing timelines if needed.
∎ Monitor and prepare different status reports for industries in a timely fashion and keep track of global trends.
∎ Arrange monthly meetings, discuss & update new and upcoming issues & set goals for compliance, technical, supplier compliance audit network state.
∎ Prepare CAP as per customer or auditors requirement.
∎ Monthly arrange Fire Drill, WPC & Mid-Level meeting, Electrical Hazard, COC, Risk analysis, Environmental, Health & Safety, Schedule wise Fighter Training, SOP, Updated Law information, Canteen Committee, C-TPAT Related all issues and Compliance Relative any kinds of Committee Meeting, Training and Awareness.
∎ Experience of working with Better Work Bangladesh, RSC (Former Accord), OekoTex, GOTS, BSCI, Sadex and different kinds of certification...
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Must be fluent in English (both written & verbal).
∎ Sound knowledge on computer application especially on e-mail, MS Excel & MS Power point.
∎ Should be sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on the implementation of KPI & SOP.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability, self-driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Able to successfully execute task.
