Educational Requirements:
∎ Must Have MBA in HRM From any Govt. approved reputed University. PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and handle total HR Operations to align with overall Organizational vision, mission and objectives.
∎ Review, improve, update and develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are complied by all supervisors and employees.
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment, prepare Annual Training & Development Calendar and conduct Training Session to motivate employees and improve their performance.
∎ Plan and operate successful 'Employee Engagement Survey' to identify and solve Organizational problems.
∎ Administrate and develop Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
∎ Negotiate and manage the Organization's Administrative issues, Regulatory Affairs and
∎ Utility related matters with relevant Government and Non- Government offices, Local Administration and other related Organizations. Formulate various policies & procedures related to Administration & Security of the company.
∎ Other activities as per Business/Management Requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ English communication skill must be international grade.
∎ English communication skill must be good otherwise not need to send resume.
∎ Time management, work under pressure,work efficiency skill must needed for this post.
∎ Educational background should be higher.
∎ Computer skills ( M/S office ) must be good.
∎ Should be careful & responsible for his job.
∎ work experience must be 3 years in HR & Admin position.
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 35000 (Monthly)
