∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the packaging unit operations in Dhaka including warehouse operations to ensure smooth running of the entire KKTE packaging operation.
∎ Responsible for working closely with the CEO of Kazi and Kazi Tea Estate(KKTE) and COO of the Packaging Unit.
∎ Ensure Quality Control processes and relevant controls and standards are implemented and adhered in order to meet all the legal and statutory requirements related to PU operations.
∎ Ensure safety and health procedures are strictly followed in order to maintain a safe environment for packaging unit staff.
∎ Responsible for overall management of packaging unit staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Production or Packaging related to tea
∎ Engineering or MBA with 3 -5 years managerial experience
∎ Sound technical knowledge related to packaging unit machinery and related operations
∎ Knowledge of ISO and related quality and safety standards
∎ Good communication and people management skills

Salary: Negotiable
