Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Textile Technology from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the entire production unit to run latest large spinning mills having 110000 Spindles state of the art worlds most renowned machines like RIETER, MURATA, ELECTRO-JET, PROGLIANO, JENBACHER, BOGE etc. by ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement as well as facilitate procurement of compatible equipment and machinery.
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R&D activities as per the customer requirements.
∎ Manage work in progress costing and quality and provide required customer service.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company plans/goals.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities to ensure zero NC.
∎ Responsible for reporting all production related information in prescribed formats within given period and deadlines.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies.
∎ Determine staffing requirements, involve in interview for hiring and training new employees, or oversee those HR processes.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technical knowledge at the supervisory level and experience of handling related equipment and machinery
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills and strong expertise to head production department
∎ Knowledge and expertise of operation/production management and Quality Assurances system
