Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ B.Sc. in industrial and production will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, merchandizing, production and other relevant team.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with timely delivery through strong production follow up.
∎ Ensure the accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction and increased profitability and follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Responsible for order wise input/output record and execute the orders as planned
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity
∎ Execute and monitor the production planning process including production order review, material shortage review and inventory status
∎ Long-time hard-working mentality
∎ Responsible for managing more than 35 sewing lines
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectifications to future production plan based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period
∎ Follow up preproduction activities
∎ Knowledge of fast react planning board
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years in similar capacity.
∎ At least 10 years in Production Planning, PPC.
Salary: Negotiable
