Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and guide a team of professionals in the fields of Merchandising and Marketing.
∎ Successfully onboard new customers, achieving a minimum order value of $2 Million within the designated timeframe.
∎ Independently engage with buyers to manage a spectrum of merchandising activities, encompassing marketing, sales, instantaneous price quoting, negotiation, and sourcing.
∎ Foster ongoing communication with buyers to facilitate order placement, processing, follow-up, and export planning.
∎ Assume a pivotal role in strategic, long-term planning, with a specific focus on initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Collaborate closely with and lead the in-house design team to fulfill buyer requirements adeptly.
∎ Coordinate with the planning department to establish delivery schedules and determine the sequential implementation of all orders in production lines.
∎ Maintain a seamless communication channel with buyers, offering technical clarifications as needed.
∎ Craft comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the marketing and merchandising team.
∎ Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated by Management.
∎ Provide holistic oversight of the company's operations, including familiarity with chain shop management.
∎ Devise and execute all-encompassing marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, foster customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth.
∎ Spearhead the formulation of marketing plans, encompassing advertising, promotions, pricing strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Supervise comprehensive market research and analysis, identifying consumer trends, market prospects, and competitive insights.
∎ Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and operations, ensuring the seamless alignment and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
∎ Effectively manage the end-to-end merchandising process, including product assortment selection, pricing strategies, inventory management, and visual merchandising tactics.
∎ Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize product assortments and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
∎ Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of marketing and merchandising endeavors, offering data-driven suggestions for ongoing improvement.
∎ Stay apprised of industry trends and best practices, driving innovation and upholding a competitive edge within the market.
