Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assure proactive HR support in the operational activities that includes identifying talent needs, maintaining talent pools, recruiting, coaching and promoting human resources, facilitating effective performance management and career progression and ensuring organizational attainments.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR polices / processes / SOPs across all areas of the organization maintaining compliance with local laws.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of disciplinary and grievance procedures for all.
∎ Introduce and enrich organizational capabilities by implementing KPI based performance management system
∎ Establish effective salary grading for the organization in developing sustainable balance in respect to career management and transparency.
∎ All other tasks as assigned by the Management
