Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experience Head of HR to lead the human resources function across a diverse group of companies operating in real estate development and plastic manufacturing. This role requires a strategic leader who can harmonies HR Practices across different business units, ensure compliance a foster a high-performance culture across both corporate and factory environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with long-term business goals.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate projects, factory operations, technical teams, and support staff.

• Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Policy & Compliance

• Standardize and enforce HR policies across all entities.

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Performance Management

• Develop and implement appraisal systems for both white- and blue-collar employees.

• Promote a performance-driven culture with KPI-based evaluations.

Training & Development

• Design and implement training programs for skill development, leadership growth, and safety awareness (especially for factory workers). Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Build a positive and productive work culture.

• Oversee employee communication, grievance redressal, and welfare initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Manage payroll systems, benefits administration, and statutory obligations (e.g., PF, gratuity).

• Conduct periodic compensation benchmarking. HR Operations & Systems

• Streamline HR processes using HRMS/ERP platforms.

• Ensure smooth onboarding, attendance tracking, and exit formalities.

Workforce Planning

• Align manpower planning with business cycles, project schedules, and production needs. Crisis & Change Management

• Handle labor disputes, factory incidents, and major organizational changes with tact and legal compliance.
