Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Skills Required: 5s, Bangladesh Labor Law, ISO, Leadership, LEAN Manufacturing, TPM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct, control and monitor various HR & administrative activities of the Company.
∎ Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, training, placement, follow-up etc.
∎ Prepare and update workers' personal file.
∎ Attendance & Leave Management (Manual as well as Automated).
∎ Payroll Management - Salary, Overtime, Tiffin and other allowances (Manual as well as Automated).
∎ Assist in the implementation of Performance Management
∎ Training & Development
∎ Manage the Disciplinary & Grievance related issues as per labor law and company policy.
∎ Maintain safety & security, health-hygiene, environmental issues with professionalism.
∎ Liaison with local police station, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Labor office, Labor court, City Corporation, RAJUK, Environment office & local authority for various issues.
∎ Able to handle independently for renew various license (Trade license, Fire license, Factory license, Acid license, Environmental certificate etc.)
∎ Have to review, develop and update company various policies as per discussion with top management.
∎ Responsible for total HR related works and coordinate with departmental heads properly.
∎ Have good knowledge about Bd labor laws, IMS,OHSAS and other international standard.
∎ Monitor and ensure periodic internal and external compliance and departmental audit all over the company.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.
