Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinating with the team including all HR functions across both factory and corporate levels.

  • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, performance appraisal, employee engagement and final settlement programs.

  • Create, update, and implement HR policies as per business needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

  • To ensure alignment of HR policies and strategies with organizational goals.

  • To line up all the HR actions and operations to the business goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Design and oversee employee training, learning, and development programs.

  • Implement effective performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.

  • Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.

  • Ensure payroll and benefits administration comply with legal and organizational standards.

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve decision-making.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to top management for strategic planning.

  • Drive HR transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with top management, department heads, and employees to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
