Experience:
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
Coordinating with the team including all HR functions across both factory and corporate levels.
Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, performance appraisal, employee engagement and final settlement programs.
Create, update, and implement HR policies as per business needs and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
To ensure alignment of HR policies and strategies with organizational goals.
To line up all the HR actions and operations to the business goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and oversee employee training, learning, and development programs.
Implement effective performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.
Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure payroll and benefits administration comply with legal and organizational standards.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve decision-making.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to top management for strategic planning.
Drive HR transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with top management, department heads, and employees to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
