Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager & Team Leader to spearhead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between digital strategy and physical market presence. You will lead a team to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads for our engineering and gas services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (Online & Offline) to promote Boiler, Chemical, and LPG services.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
2. Digital Marketing (Online):
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) to engage B2B clients.
• Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to ensure our services rank high in local searches.
• Run targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for industrial clients.
3. Field & Brand Marketing (Offline):
• Coordinate offline branding activities, including brochures, trade fair participation, and site visits.
• Develop relationships with industrial factory owners and stakeholders in the Chittagong region.
4. Performance Tracking:
• Analyze ROI on marketing spend and provide weekly reports to management.
