Job Context:

We are looking for an energetic and technical-minded Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for both technical maintenance and market business development. The candidate will oversee industrial boiler operations, maintenance, and descaling processes while also communicating with potential industrial clients to promote our services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Boiler Maintenance: Regular inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial boilers and steam lines.

• Descaling & Cleaning: Supervising and executing the boiler descaling process and ensuring efficient steam generation.

• Technical Support: Identifying mechanical faults in industrial machinery and providing quick solutions to minimize downtime.

• Marketing & Sales: Visiting different industrial sites to generate leads, presenting our services to factory managers, and securing work orders.

• Client Relationship: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Reporting: Preparing daily work reports and sales updates for the management.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Boiler Maintenance or Industrial Mechanical works.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Boiler operations, Steam lines, and Descaling chemicals.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for marketing.

• Willingness to travel to different industrial zones (e.g., Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Location:

• Chittagong/dhaka

Salary:

• TK. 20,000 - 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
