• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Supervise and manage chefs, kitchen staff, and service team
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain positive guest experience
• Prepare daily sales reports and manage branch financial performance
• Achieve monthly sales targets and control operational costs
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational updates and reporting
