• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Align supply with production and sales forecasts.

• Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

• Source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including transport, warehousing, and delivery timelines.

• Handle L/Cs, TT payments, customs clearance, HS codes, and bonded warehouse compliance.

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow international trade revenue and market share.

• Calculate import duties, VAT, and total landed cost for procurement decisions.

• Coordinate with issuing, advising, and confirming banks for international transactions.

• Ensure adherence to SROs, BSTI permissions, IRC/ERC, and import/export policies.

• Communicate with global suppliers, shipping agents, C&F, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective imports

• Analyze international sourcing opportunities, negotiate favorable trade terms, and anticipate market dynamics to gain competitive edge.

• Streamline procurement and logistics workflows to reduce lead time and cost.

• Prepare procurement dashboards, cost sheets, and supplier performance reports.

• Implement import strategies aligned with organizational business goals, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.

• Maintain commercial reports, forecasts, and documentation for strategic decision-making at management level.

• Work closely with Finance, Production, HR, and Admin for alignment and approvals.

• Uphold internal SOPs, procurement guidelines, and ethical sourcing standards.
