  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Software/ERP systems, Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.

  • Sound understanding of financial reporting, VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Honest, responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bangla 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor cash flow, fund management, and overall financial transactions effectively.

  • Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Ensure accurate accounting records and proper documentation in compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise daily accounting operations including vouchers, payments, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory obligations.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding audit requirements and compliance matters.

  • Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.

  • Maintain liaison with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities when required.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.

  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of all financial information.

  • Handle import and export operations including L/C, TT payments, commercial documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with banks, C&F agents, shipping lines, and suppliers.

  • Calculate landed cost, duties, VAT, and other related charges for import and commercial activities.
