Practical experience in recovery of commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit clients, dealers for field recovery when required.
Negotiate payment plans and settlement options.
Ensure recovery targets are achieved on a monthly basis.
Maintain updated recovery status of assigned accounts.
Coordinate with sales, accounts and legal teams.
Resolve payment disputes or misunderstanding.
Support preparation of files for legal action when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of customer communication and recovery actions.
