• Minimum 10 years of field-related experience.

• Proven experience in Primary Education, School Feeding Programme, Programme Implementation, or related fields.

• Candidates with prior experience in NGOs will be given preference.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bangla.

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently within Rangpur Division.

• Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.

• Ability to drive a motorcycle with a valid driving license.

• Assist the Head of Programme (School Feeding Programme) in implementing school feeding activities in Rangpur Division.

• Supervise Project Officers to ensure smooth delivery of UHT Milk to selected Government Primary Schools.

• Ensure timely bill collection, documentation, and reporting to Head Office.

• Monitor and ensure proper implementation of the School Feeding Programme at the field level.

• Establish and maintain strong liaison and coordination with Upazila Education Offices, relevant Government Primary Schools, Factory Management, and Dhaka Head Office.

• Support capacity-strengthening initiatives and prepare detailed field monitoring reports.

• Monitor and ensure the effective performance of Field Officers’ daily activities under the supervision of respective Project Officers.

• Maintain effective coordination and communication with local project dealers to ensure smooth programme implementation
