Responsible for managing overall activities to contribute to maximum business growth.
Administering company policies and disciplines.
Maintain & preserve hard & soft copies of all documents concerned.
Ensure to Pay utility bills and renewing company documents on time.
Visiting various sales point within Dhaka division, if necessary.
Visiting various Government offices for regulatory work , if necessary·
Team management, supervising and controlling of all related works of entry Department.
Sourcing and recruiting people to fill-up vacancies time to time with the help of Head Office.
Supervise day to day activities of all staff and collect every day work feedback from all staff.
To ensure all department are functioning regularly & smoothly.
Organize and participate staff meeting/training.
Safe keeping of all Official Documents relating to Govt. bodies.
Maintain project discipline of cleanliness according to 5S.
Responsible and maintain the total Project Operation and report to Management.
Have best knowledge about recruitment and maintain all staff required to fulfill the production and Project Operation according to the Company rules and regulations.
Check Hygiene environment of the total Project and also all staff.
Safe keeping of all regulatory related documents and files.·
To perform your responsibilities impartially and honestly.
Maintain complete office discipline, management, and coordination
Ensure 100% office maintenance and operational continuity
Implement and monitor KPI-based employee performance systems
Handle recruitment, attendance, leave, employee records, and compliance-related tasks
Coordinate with management for smooth business operations
Maintain reports, documentation, and office policies
Supervise daily office activities and staff performance
