We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales growth, strengthen distribution, and expand market coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement strategic sales plans

✔ Lead, train, and supervise the sales team

✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

✔ Build and manage distributor/depot relationships

✔ Visit depots and dealers inside & outside Dhaka

✔ Identify and expand new market opportunities

✔ Monitor sales performance and reporting

✔ Coordinate with production and logistics teams

✔ Analyze competitor activity and market trends

✔ Maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years sales experience (FMCG/food industry preferred)

✅ Proven leadership and team management ability

✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✅ Experience in distributor/dealer management

✅ Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

✅ Willing to travel frequently (inside & outside Dhaka)

✅ Basic computer skills (MS Office/reporting)
