Job Responsibilities

A) Distributor / Depot Sales & Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with distributors/depot team to ensure smooth sales operation

• Coordinate product availability, delivery schedule, and order processing with depot/warehouse

• Support distributor activities to achieve monthly sales targets

• Monitor stock movement and report any supply issues to supervisor

B) Field Sales (Dealer/Retail/Outlet Management)

• Visit dealers/retailers/outlets regularly in the assigned territory

• Generate new leads and expand dealer/retailer network

• Collect orders and ensure proper documentation (order sheet/PO/WhatsApp order as per system)

• Ensure product visibility/placement and basic merchandising where applicable

• Communicate offers, promotions, and new product information to customers

C) Sales Target & Reporting

• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Maintain daily call/visit plan and submit Daily Sales Report

• Update sales tracking (Excel/CRM) and maintain customer database

• Collect competitor information (price, schemes, product movement) and share insights

D) Outdoor Work & Outside Dhaka Visits

• Conduct field/outdoor tasks such as customer follow-up, market visits, and distributor support

• Travel outside Dhaka when needed for:

  • depot/distributor coordination

  • key client/dealer meetings

  • market development and territory expansion

E) Payment Follow-up

• Assist in payment follow-up/collection support as per company policy

• Coordinate with Accounts for invoice/bill status and customer payment updates

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s

Experience Requirements

• [1–3 years] in sales (distribution/trading/FMCG/wholesale preferred)

• Experience working with distributor/dealer/retail channel will be a strong advantage
  (Freshers can apply if confident and willing to work in field.)

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Basic computer skills: MS Excel/Word/Email

• Ability to plan routes and manage multiple customer visits daily

• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude

Additional Requirements (Important)

• Must be comfortable with outdoor/field work and travel outside Dhaka when required
