Responsibilities & Context:

Craftimation is looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales and customer service team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, managing sales inquiries, updating customer data in CRM and supporting smooth order processing.

Candidates living near Malibagh, Khilgaon, Rampura or Banasree will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through social media, phone calls and website inquiries
• Handle customer questions about products, prices, customization and delivery
• Guide customers properly and help them place orders
• Properly record customer data in the CRM
• Update customer and order statuses accordingly in the CRM
• Follow up with customers to increase sales and complete pending orders
• Maintain clear records of customer conversations and order updates
• Coordinate with the production team for product availability and customization details
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth order processing
• Support corporate sales by contacting potential clients and sharing product details
• Build good relationships with customers and provide helpful service
• Work to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Report customer feedback, sales updates and order issues to the management team
• Support the team during peak sales periods, campaigns and events
• Overtime may be required during peak hours, campaigns or events
