Responsibilities & Context:

We are a growing interlining supplier specializing in interlining for the garments industry. We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales who can lead and expand our sales operations across garment factories, buying houses, and sourcing teams in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Develop new business opportunities with garment factories, buying houses, and sourcing agents

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Promote and sell interlining products by understanding customer requirements

• Visit factories regularly (Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Ashulia) to generate leads and close deals

• Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery

• Handle product sampling, pricing negotiation, and order follow-up

• Identify and resolve customer issues related to bonding, shrinkage, GSM, and quality performance

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates for management

• Train and guide junior sales staff to improve performance and client handling
