Job Summary: The Showroom Manager, Showroom is responsible for driving sales, managing retail showrooms, and ensuring profitability within the assigned Showroom. The role involves team management, customer relationship building, Corporate/Institutional sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Achieve sales and Collection targets and ensure revenue growth across showroom.
Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales and collection targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team culture
Develop and implement Showroom sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversion rates.
Prepare reports on sales performance and operational activities for management review
Drive retail showroom performance, ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards.
Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports (Weekly and monthly)
Identify training needs and develop sales team capabilities
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales tactics.
Drive promotional campaigns and seasonal offers in coordination with the marketing team.
Oversee daily operations of showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain inventory levels, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Optimize showroom layout and product displays for maximum customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Make ensure customer database for follow-up.
Focus Interior/Institutional sales to add revenue.
Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
Handle escalations and resolve conflicts among team members effectively.
