Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager/AGM/DGM, Showroom is responsible for driving sales, managing multiple showrooms, and ensuring profitability within the assigned area. The role involves team management, customer relationship building, Corporate/Institutional sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development Achieve sales and Collection targets and ensure revenue growth across showrooms.
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversion rates.
- Drive retail showroom performance, ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports
- Identify training needs and develop sales team capabilities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales tactics.
- Drive promotional campaigns and seasonal offers in coordination with the marketing team.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple showrooms to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain inventory levels, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Optimize showroom layout and product displays for maximum customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Make ensure customer database for follow-up.
- Focus Interior/Institutional sales to add revenue.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
- Handle escalations and resolve conflicts among team members effectively.
