Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager/AGM/DGM, Showroom is responsible for driving sales, managing multiple showrooms, and ensuring profitability within the assigned area. The role involves team management, customer relationship building, Corporate/Institutional sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development Achieve sales and Collection targets and ensure revenue growth across showrooms.
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversion rates.
  • Drive retail showroom performance, ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports
  • Identify training needs and develop sales team capabilities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales tactics.
  • Drive promotional campaigns and seasonal offers in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple showrooms to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain inventory levels, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Optimize showroom layout and product displays for maximum customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Make ensure customer database for follow-up.
  • Focus Interior/Institutional sales to add revenue.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
  • Handle escalations and resolve conflicts among team members effectively.
