Job Summary: Senior Executive/Executive, Showroom is responsible for driving sales, managing retail sales and ensuring profitability within the assigned Showroom. The role involves team management, customer relationship building, Corporate/Institutional sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales and Collection targets and ensure revenue growth across showroom.
Candidates have to be Smart, Confident and Self Motivated.
Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Applicants with at least 02 years of experience (In Sales, Corporate Retail Stores/Shops) will get preference. (With those experience, applicant allow from any discipline/subject.
Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with them.
Strong Price Negotiation Capability.
Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
Solid Analytical Ability, Good Presentation and Convincing Skill.
Excellent Face to Face and Over the Phone Communication Ability to convince customers.
Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.
Support implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) standard.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness and tagging.
Support POS/billing operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.

Willing to work field visits/outdoor marketing.
Candidates must understand the Client`s needs and identify the scope for Sales opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversion rates.
Prepare reports on sales performance and operational activities for management review
Drive retail showroom performance, ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards.
Support to maintain inventory levels, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Optimize showroom layout and product displays for maximum customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Make ensure customer database for follow-up.
Focus Interior/Institutional sales to add revenue.
Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
Handle escalations and resolve conflicts among team members effectively.
Skills & Expertise: Analytical Skill Communication and interpersonal skill, Retail Sales Team Leadership.
The Retail Sales Executive/Senior Executive drives sales, delivers excellent customer service, and ensures a premium in-store experience. Requires strong product knowledge, selling skills and VM support to achieve business targets
