• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Basic Sales & Telesales Training (যেমন: Call Handling, Objection Handling)

Communication Skills Training (Bangla + Basic English)

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Odoo / similar software)

• 1 to 3 years

🚀 Hiring: Telesales Executive

We are looking for motivated and energetic Telesales Executives to join our growing team and work in a structured business development workflow.

📌 Position: Telesales Executive
📍 Location: Office-based
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
🍽 Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

💰 Salary Structure:

• ৳10,000 (No experience)

• ৳12,000 (Minimum 1 year telesales experience)

• Salary Review: After 6 months

🎯 Incentive Plan:

• Complete 260 orders/month → Earn ৳3,000 bonus

• After 260 orders → ৳50 per extra order (unlimited earning potential)

📊 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls

• Convert leads into confirmed orders

• Follow structured sales pipeline (Lead → Contact → Conversion)

• Maintain daily reporting and follow-ups

• Work with CRM (Odoo system) and ensure proper data entry

• Achieve monthly sales targets
