Job Description:
Organico is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Promote and sell Organico products effectively.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships.

• Update and manage client information using ERP and CRM systems.

• Report sales performance to the manager.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Energetic, goal-oriented, and persuasive.

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is required.

• Prior experience in tele-sales is a plus.

• Basic computer knowledge.
