As Bangladesh continues to be a global hub for denim manufacturing, we are expanding our local presence and seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead growth in this key market.

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-connected, commercially driven sales professional with strong relationships in Bangladesh’s RMG (Ready-Made Garment) and accessories ecosystem.

You will act as the local face of OneTree Paper, responsible for developing new business and strengthening relationships across two key customer segments:

1. Label Printers & Accessories Suppliers

• Sell jacron material used to produce jeans labels and patches

• Build long-term supply partnerships

2. Garment Manufacturers (RMG Factories)

• Drive nomination of our jacron material through sourcing teams

• Enable direct or indirect supply of finished labels

Your focus will be on opening new accounts, driving repeat business, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new business opportunities within Bangladesh’s denim ecosystem

• Build and manage relationships with decision-makers (owners, GMs, merchandising & PD teams)

• Promote OneTree’s jacron as the preferred material for jeans labels

• Maintain consistent field presence across key industrial zones

Requirements

• 3+ years B2B sales experience in Bangladesh’s RMG accessories sector

  • Selling to label printers / trimming suppliers OR

  • Selling to garment factory sourcing/merchandising teams

• Strong existing network with:

  • Minimum 10 label printers

  • Minimum 10 denim garment factories

• Understanding of label production processes (printing, die-cutting, finishing) is a strong advantage

• Fluent in Bengali, with good command of English (spoken & written)

• Comfortable with daily field travel (motorcycle/CNG)

• Self-driven, reliable, and results-oriented
