Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily workshop/service center activities.
Ensure proper diagnosis, repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Monitor job card, service timelines and technician productivity.
Guide and supervise technicians, service advisors and support staff.
Provide technical support and training when required.
Handle customer complaints and technical concerns.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
Coordinate with spare parts, sales and warrenty teams.
Prepare service performance reports.
