Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures
∎ Plan, lead, direct, develop and co-ordinate the policies, activities and staff of Human Resource Department
∎ Ensure the legal, compliance and implementation of organizing Mission and talent strategy
∎ Develop and maintain Training and development planning for all level of employees
∎ Managing the productivity by optimizing the effectiveness of staff performance.
∎ Take disciplinary actions as per requirement irrespective of the ranks and status,
∎ Formulate employee compensation, performance indicator (KPI), motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation,
∎ Any other task Assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
