∎ This Job position is located at Corporate Office, Dhaka. This position reports to Chief Executive Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an aggressive Geocycle growth agenda.
∎ Lead a Geocycle organization on Heath and Safety , Compliance and define responsibilities and follow up on the execution.
∎ Develop a steady growth in capacity and coprocessing volumes.
∎ Foster partnership and ensure availability of waste line in the future.
∎ Develop organisations and people to run businesses and continue to strategy.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders and shareholders and improve the visibility and valorisation of Geocycle Brand.
∎ Ensuring adherence to Operational Environmental Standards & Documentation and implementing Waste Management & Pollution Control plans; identifying ways to recycle waste material or develop alternative fuels/raw materials for enhanced processes.
∎ Overseeing preparation of daily, weekly & monthly status reports to monitor compliance; investigating non-compliances, conducting accurate analysis & providing proactive solutions.

∎ Self-motivated, driven individual
∎ Intercultural sensitivity and adaptability to the local context
∎ Excellent communication skills both in informal and formal settings
