Job Context:
∎ LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd. (LHBL) is a frontline cement producer in Bangladesh, operating for almost two decades. It has one fully integrated cement plant and three grinding plants and it is a joint venture of Holcim and Cementos Molins.
∎ To support our expansion plan we are looking for a competent person for below position:
∎ This position shall be based in Surma Plant, Chhatak, Sunamganj and will report to the Industrial Director.
∎ The job is open for both Bangladeshi and expatriates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall study of the project within the Country including Quarry.
∎ Effectively manage all CAPEX, improvement projects, cement dispatch and clinker debottlenecking projects, up gradation and additional 3 Million ton limestone dispatch from quarry.
∎ Manage all the projects at Quarry, specially power grid improvement and MMD crusher improvement project
∎ Project study on AF facilities, coal mill installation, raw material handling, clay project, packing plant dust reduce project etc.
∎ Lead Various Projects like capacity expansion Geocycle, Aggregates, Cement and other Sustainable projects as assigned by Industrial Director.
∎ As Part of the leadership team, promote Health & safety in the plant as well in the department.
∎ Manage the project budget and project resource allocation.
∎ Regularly monitor the quality of the project as per defined and set standards, ensure and monitor operations, proactive audit of various performance reports, provide timely feedback to the concerned department/unit on quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 20 years of relevant experience in Cement or Building Material Industry.
∎ Experience working in integrated Cement plant is a must.
∎ Shall have vast work experience in construction/project management in integrated Cement Plant, Geocycle and Aggregates.
