Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGD in Human Resource will get preference.        

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development principles.       

  • Proven record of strategic HR planning and implementation.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

  • The applicants prior experience in the Polymer/Plastic or manufacturing sector will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience in factory HR & Administration management is mandatory.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

To lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization with a strategic and operational focus. Ensure the recruitment, retention, development, and motivation of employees while maintaining compliance with labor laws, safety norms, and company policies. The person will also work closely with both Factory, Head office & Field Force teams to establish strong people practices and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals.

  • Oversees recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain qualified personnel.

  • Drive annual appraisal processes and KPIs for all departments to enhance productivity and accountability.

  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits structures.

  • Organize and facilitate training, professional development, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll, tax compliance, and budget planning

  • Promote employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws regulatory guidelines, and internal governance policies.

  • Handle industrial relations, union negotiations (if applicable), and labor contract management.

 Administrative Functions

  • Supervise all administrative operations, including office facilities, asset management transport, canteen, housekeeping, and security services.

  • Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of factory premises and office facilities.

  • Manage vendor contracts, procurement processes, and service agreements.

  • Oversee statutory audits, government inspections, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

  • Ensure the maintenance of a safe, secure, and efficient workplace.

  • Implement cost-effective administrative systems to optimize operational efficiency.

Strategic and Advisory Role

  • Provide strategic HR and administrative advice to the Board and senior management.

  • Prepare and present HR and administrative reports for informed decision-making.

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
