∎ Solid understanding of employment regulation in line with the country labor law and general HR best practices
∎ Comfortable delivering on strategic HR initiatives, tactical assignments, HR administration and project management – moving seamlessly from one to another
∎ Strong supervisory, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
∎ Be an ambassador of Organizations culture and values

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive strategic Human resource planning to meet the human capital needs aligned with business goals.
∎ Develop and implement human resources policies to support strategic objectives in line with the country law and industry standard.
∎ Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.
∎ Establish an effective internal communication strategy with the aim of ensuring that all internal communication appropriately reflects the aspired organization's culture, and values and influence employee engagement.
∎ Strengthen our culture; work with the management team to organize and execute team-building events and keep company culture top of mind.
∎ Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to produce and disseminate effective communication for cultural transformation, change management, crisis management and mitigation.
∎ Create and expand on HR tools and processes, advise the executive team on employment laws, benefits options, compensation strategies, etc.
∎ Facilitate effective and consistent performance management, calibration and pay review discussions and negotiations within the business/function.
∎ Support talent management and succession plans for critical roles within the businesses/functions.
∎ Lead the HR Team to ensure the other Human Resource operation part.
