∎ JOB PURPOSE: Develop efficient client management mechanism for Microfinance so that the programme can leverage on the strength of client relationship.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic framework for BRAC Microfinance Programme to deliver effective financial products and services for the poor communities that will help BRAC achieving long term objectives of financial inclusion
∎ Develop mechanism to continuously assess the changing needs of Microfinance clients with the help of the research team
∎ Track performance and impact of current product portfolio continuously
∎ Develop benchmark service model for the clients both at branch level and field level, defining clear roles and responsibilities of the staff involved
∎ Understand the competitive scenario of the Microfinance sector in Bangladesh and act accordingly to differentiate BRAC's perception as the most preferred service provider
∎ Develop a loyalty platform to nurture high potential clients and make their association with BRAC aspirational for others
∎ Drive client segmentation for BRAC Microfinance programme to understand different client segments in Bangladesh's sector
∎ Lead and shape up the Client Development Team of BRAC Microfinance Programme to face the future challenges of client management in the microfinance landscape of Bangladesh
