Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare plan for confirmed orders from knitting to export
- Finalize resource planning in order to achieve sales target
- Analyze production unit capacity and determine unit wise production target
- Communicate with Merchandising Department in order to pull orders for capacity fill up
- Communicate with Concern Department Heads in order to finalize day wise production target in line with sewing production
- Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, knitting dyeing, cutting , sewing, washing and finishing according to plan
- Review daily production/input target vs achievement in order to keep the delivery date as committed
- Review/adjust demand/requirement to achieve maximum efficiency
- Communicate with departments in order to ensure materials are in-house timely
- Monitor proper line feeding in order to minimize machine down-time due to fabric/material shortage
- Communicate with factory planning & store/warehouse in order to ensure daily smooth operation
