Responsibilities & Context:
1. Financial Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor daily cash transactions to improve cash flow and reduce discrepancies.
Prepare consolidated audit findings, consequences, CAP dates, and action plans.
Conduct post-audit salary payment verification and bill checking.
Prepare group financial statements for external audits.
2. Fixed Assets Management
Establish and maintain Fixed Asset Register for all units in ERP.
Prepare addition/deletion/adjustment reports and verify machinery physically.
Enhance tracking of capital investments for better asset management.
3. Cost Control & Efficiency
Conduct feasibility assessments (transport, C&F, solar panel projects).
Analyze salary structures, utility costs, and operational efficiencies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
Verify commercial and corporate costs, VDS bills, and manpower cost sheets.
4. Inventory & Material Management
Transfer old stock data to new ERP system and verify physically.
Monitor fabric and accessory stocks to reduce waste and optimize inventory turnover.
Perform style-wise reconciliations to identify short shipments and rejections.
5. Audit & Compliance
Conduct regular factory visits and address findings proactively.
Improve transparency and financial integrity through rigorous audits.
6. Procurement & Supplier Management
Implement purchase comparison sheets and negotiate with suppliers.
Assist in centralizing procurement for better cost control.
7. Collaboration & Teamwork
Coordinate with Accounts & Finance for monthly profit evaluations.
Liaise with external auditors and ERP software providers.
Conduct various verification tasks as per management requirements.
