QUALITY ASSURANCE, Spinning Mill Operation, Total Preventive Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing daily operations, conducting meetings, making employee evaluation and ensuring that plant is operating at optimum capacity. Motivate the teams as GM will be in a leadership position. Delegate responsibilities while complying to company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
∎ - Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives.
∎ - Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results in measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.
∎ - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ - Prepare regular reports, K.P.I for reporting to board of directors.
