Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
∎ To set targets/goals and achieving them within the time schedule.
∎ Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.
∎ Manpower budgeting and allocations as per future planning.
∎ Coordinating with buyers for capacity bookings.
∎ Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.
∎ To maintain constant supply chain.
∎ Ensure all tasks in all departments are done according to SOP.
∎ General Administration

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in export oriented woven garments, jacket, footwear, or bag factory.
