Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute long-term strategies for the factory.
∎ Monitor and manage the factory's financial performance.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory.
∎ Manage and develop a team of employees.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with key customers.
∎ Ensure that the factory is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
∎ Communicate regularly with senior management, employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Identify potential risks to the factory's operations and develop plans to mitigate those risks.
∎ Encourage and foster a culture of innovation within the factory.
