Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee all factory operations to ensure productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.

· Manage Finance, Accounts, Costing, Production, HR & Administration, Internal Audit, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and Distribution functions.

· Ensure effective budgeting, financial control, cost management, and working capital optimization.

· Drive production efficiency, quality standards, resource utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Strengthen internal controls, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance practices.

· Oversee inventory management, supply chain operations, and timely product distribution.

· Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

· Prepare and present operational and financial performance reports to management.
