Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing Quality Strategies: Create and implement quality assurance policies and strategies across the organization.
∎ Quality Control Oversight: Monitor and ensure the consistency and quality of products or services.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
∎ Team Leadership: Manage and train quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
∎ Compliance Management: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company standards.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to detect trends, identify issues, and develop corrective actions.
∎ Customer Satisfaction: Address customer feedback and complaints, using them to drive quality enhancements.
∎ Audits and Inspections: Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance and quality performance.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, like production, supply chain, and R&D, to maintain quality standards.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
