Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and control production to ensure efficient manufacturing and timely shipment.
Achieve production targets by optimizing manpower, machinery, and materials.
Ensure compliance with buyers’ quality standards and technical requirements.
Monitor and implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
Lead, guide, and develop the production team for better performance.
