Experience:

Strong understanding of garment production processes and quality control standards
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in relevant merchandising, reporting, and project management tools
A 100% export-oriented leading woven garments manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic professional to join our merchandising team. The role involves working closely with USA-based buyers and global fashion brands, ensuring world-class product execution, smooth communication, and flawless execution from order to shipment.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and international buyers (especially USA-based clients), ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of all requirements.
Manage the end-to-end merchandising process including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment scheduling.
Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery strictly meet buyer expectations and global standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Monitor market trends, fashion directions, and competitor activities to support product development aligned with buyer demand.
Handle costing and price negotiations with a focus on profitability and competitiveness.
Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of buyer requirements.
Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for internal management and buyer review meetings.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to development, production, and shipment.
